Dinner Recipe Success

So if anyone knows me they know I love food and I love good quality home cooked meals. They also know we cook gluten free. I often get the "oh I could never do that." or "what do you eat?" Its a change that's for sure, even from someone who has been wheat free prior, gluten is a whole new ball game. However once you get the basics its actually not hard and there are so many gluten free options now that it is getting even easier. I use Pinterest a lot to find new recipes and yes even pastas...I just substitute regular pasta for gluten free and there you have it.  Anyways, I found this roast recipe on Pinterest that is melt in your mouth goodness and is a super easy throw in your crockpot type of meal. Both my husband and I find comfort cooking in the kitchen so we explore a lot of different recipes. We enjoy cooking and good quality food! Our kitchen has so many gadgets in it. It's the one area in our home that is not lacking and we are always finding items that make cooking easier or more fun. My Pinterest recipe board is over 100 pins and counting and most of them we have tried. A lot of the recipes we find we end up changing a few things to suit our tastes. However this one I pretty well stuck to it. The only thing I did was used mini potatoes instead of red potatoes and added some onions on top which in all honesty probably was not necessary. It is one recipe I would not tweak at all. I'll share the recipe here and also add the link (just click on The Chic Table) to the original blog I found it on.
